The Bioparco is open everyday of the year except for Christmas Day.

Due to animal needs, the following animals will enter their night quarters before closing time:
- Reptile House: 60 minutes before closing
- Chimpanzees: 45 minutes before closing
- Rhinos, Giraffes, Bears and Elephants: 30 minutes before closing
Only from november to march:
- Big Cats: 60 minutes before closing
